I looked over the instructions for the Westin # 27-6135-1725 Sure-Grip Running Boards, and saw no mention of needing to drill any holes to complete the installation.
Just to be sure, I contacted my Westin representative, who confirmed that there is no drilling required.
Westin also offers a LED light kit you might be interested in, part # 27-6000. I've linked you to an install video showing the light kit being installed on a different vehicle.
