Wiring a Venline Ventadome V2119-1-533 Roof Vent

Question:

Just received, No wiring instructions. Fan on/off looks simple, Vent open/close has a blue-gray and white wire. Motor has a blue and gray wire. I say gray to gray, blue to blue . So where does the WHITE wire go? Is it a Positive?

I've attached the wiring guide for the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent w/12V Fan and Wall Switch - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" - White Item # V2119-1-533. There is a white wire that should run from power supply to the fan motor and from the fan motor to the cover switch.
