The way to install the new # YR343R-6P roller is pretty simple.
You'd can use pliers or channel locks to remove the existing retainer ring and the old washer. Then remove the old roller. install the new roller part # YR343R-6P and washer part # CE10983, and install the new retainer ring part # CE10981 by slipping it over the shaft and crimping it with the pliers or channel locks. This roller is designed to work on a 3/4 inch diameter shaft.

The explanation by Jeffrey L was perfect. Simple to under stand, and I believe that I can now attempt the replacement myself,
