is this tag light submersible or if not is there a led tag light with bracket that is thanks.

The Optronics LED Trailer License-Plate Light # LPL55CB that you referenced is not a submersible light. We do offer other tag lights with brackets but none are both LED-types and submersible. We also offer submersible lights with incandescent bulbs but without the plate bracket.
