Trailer Hitch for a 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with Reading Utility Body

I have a 2006 Silverado 2500HD w/ 8 ft bed. The bed is an 8ft utility body built by Reading. There is big steel step bumper on the back. I cant seem to find any hitch that will work with my setup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since you have that utility body the custom fit hitches for the 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD will not work. What you will need is a weld-on hitch. I have included a link to the options for you. A hitch like # 15902 creates a drop of 10.865 inches from the truck frame.
Installation should be performed by a qualified professional welder.
