  • Total Length for Curt 20K 2-Ball Mount 45937
Hey Justin, thanks for reaching out! I went out to the warehouse and confirmed that the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C79NR measures 12-1/4" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball. Not sure what tape measure Curt was using to take their measurements, but they are definitely wrong on their site by 2". Check out the photos I took from the warehouse to see the dimensions I measured. Does the shorter 12-1/4" distance work for you?

  • Is There a Pintle Hook Attachment for the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount C79NR?
No, I am sorry Jeff there is not but I do have a solution. The Blue Ox Adjustable Ball Mount with Pintle Hook for 2-1/2" Hitch item # BLU25XR is going to be our closest alternative for what you are looking for. It has a 2-5/16" hitch ball and has a 20,000 lbs capacity. This pintle hook ball mount is designed for 2-1/2" hitch receivers. I have linked a review video below so you can see the features of this ball mount demonstrated.

  • Weight of Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mounts
Hi Allen; the weight of the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch # C99NR is 36.59 lbs and the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch # C79NR is 38.61 lbs. Assuming you have a 2-1/2" hitch you would need a reducer sleeve like the # BTBRV64FR to use the # C99NR with a 2" shank.

  • Will Ball Platform Lock Fit with Curt Adjustable Ball Mount with Dual Pins
Hey Dave, it's great to hear from you again! Yes, the Ball Platform Lock # C88CR will also work with the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C79NR since they use the same kind of pin system. If you don't already have a locking hitch pin, then I recommend picking up the Lock Set # C78CR instead because it comes with this same cover as well as a hitch pin and locking cover that is keyed alike so it's one key for the whole thing. Let me know if you have any other questions!

The Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C79NR is the Curt part number 45937. We change product numbers as we carry components from hundreds of manufacturers so we cannot always use the manufacturer part number in ours.

  • What Adjustable Ball Mount Does the Curt Heavy-Duty Dual Ball Attachment C29NR Fit?
I didn't see a order number so I am not sure what Curt adjustable hitch with a 2-1/2" shank you have. The Curt Heavy-Duty Dual Ball Attachment item # C29NR you were looking at fits a couple of different ball mounts that Curt makes along with most weight distribution shanks so long as they have the standard 1-1/4" spacing between pin holes. I have listed some below: Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount item # C79NR Curt Deep Drop Adjustable 2-Ball Mount item # C89NR All weight distribution shanks...

  • Does The Blue Ox Sway Pro BXW2003 Include a 2" or 2-1/2" Shank?
The Blue Ox SwayPro # BXW2003 you looked at includes a shank for a 2-1/2" hitch, so it'll work just fine with the Draw-Tite # DT45508 you have installed on your '16 Ford F-250. This kit like all weight distribution hitches only includes one set of spring bars and is rated for 1,500 - 2,000lb tongue weight with the trailer loaded. You need to measure the actual tongue weight of the loaded trailer you'll be towing, as it needs to fall in the middle of the range above or you won't have a...

  • Does 20K Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount Have a Pintle Mount Accessory
Hey Wes, thanks for reaching out! The 20K Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch # C79NR is only available with the 2-Ball platform but I do have an alternative solution for you with the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-623. This is a a different design than what we normally see with a ball mount, but it has the dual hitch balls as well as a piece that inserts into one of the receivers to make it compatible with a pintle hook setup. The Gen-Y products are...
