Aftermarket Hitch for 2012 Toyota Tundra Rock Warrior TRD with Damaged Factory-Installed Hitch

Question:
Is there an option for this truck outside factory replacement $1500.00. Factory hitch was missing 4 bolts and when I backed into tree rear brackets of hitch buckled and broke craziest thing I have ever seen with a hitch to be honest. Assuming the issue with after market hitch is the fact that the bumper on this model bolts to the hitch itself? Im open to any suggestions and options at this time. Thanks.

We do offer a range of trailer hitch options for your 2012 Toyota Tundra Rock Warrior TRD. Since your factory-installed hitch has been damaged you'll naturally need to remove this entirely.
After doing so I suggest you very carefully inspect the OEM hitch's attachment points on the frame rails to ensure no vehicle damage was sustained when the hitch was broken. I would also check that the threads in the frame's weld nuts (that accept the hitch installation bolts) were not damaged in the impact. If these attachment points have any thread damage you will need to have new weld nuts installed by a qualified welder. Any hitch will deliver its rated capacity only when installed exactly as specified by the manufacturer and only when mounted on a vehicle frame that is in good condition.
The link at right will show you all available classes of 2-inch trailer hitches offered for your truck. Please note that several are excluded based on the presence of your TRD Sport Package. For your truck you have hitch options in Classes III, IV and V.
In a Class III hitch we offer the Draw-Tite # 75527. In a Class V hitch we offer the part you referenced, Curt # C15398. Draw-Tite also offers a Class IV & V Hitch # 41935. Although all are 2-inch receivers their trailer tongue weight and towing capacities vary. Every hitch includes all required installation hardware.
At right you will find links to a hitch installation video and also to two articles that provide helpful guidance for hitch installation.
