Yes, the Curt Class V Trailer Hitch, item # C15398, will fit on a 2010 Toyota Tundra TRD, as long as it does not have a factory installed hitch on the vehicle.

Does this fit on a 2014 Totyota Tundra - SR5 with 5.7L V8? With a factory installed trailer hitch? What is the difference whether the truck has a factory installed hitch or not?

Unfortunately the Curt # C15398 will not fit your Tundra if it's equipped with the factory hitch. The factory unit would interfere with the new one and I believe it's actually an integral part of the frame/bumper, so it cannot be easily removed without making significant modifications to the truck. Unfortunately at this time we don't have an aftermarket hitch that's designed to fit with the factory unit.
