FITS PERFECT on my 2019 CHEROKEE LATITUDE! I ordered on Sunday, it showed up Wednesday, and i bolted it on friday with no problems. I bought it so that i could use a bike rack, and its a perfect fit. And for the price and shipping and availability, I could not have asked for a better deal!
The super premium fish wire saved this job for me. It was physically difficult for me to install this by myself. Transmission jack and regular floor jack made it feasible and a controlled operation. I had to trim the exhaust bezel on my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited as documented in the description. I recommend watching their YouTube video install for the 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Super premium quality product.
I had the hitch installed at Felkers in Loveland, Co. They did an excellent job; The hitch was in contact with both Jeep exhaust tubes, which would have caused a rattle on bumps. Felkers, cut out portions of the exhaust tubes to eliminate the problem. You might mention this to other jeep installation's. Other than that it was fine

It was a perfect fit. And looks great. After I bought a cheaper one off of ebay that didn't fit i was aggravated. But I looked up etrailer. It had good reviews so I gave them a chance. It is perfect and was cheaper than the big brands. But still fits and looks great
Hitch is strong and very well built. Installation is pretty straight forward. Second one from trailer and it’s great. Easy to DIY and using jack stands to help line up and raise your hitch into place makes it an easy one man job.
Have done quite a bit of business with etrailer and have never been dissapointed.
Super sturdy and easy to install. Moved across the country with it towing a mid sized trailer.

Love being able to travel now that I have a hitch provided by you to the VA.
I was unable to get my scooter around to town and my doctors appointments. I feel free again.
Watched the video on YouTube and installed it myself. Pretty easy. Had to use my knee to hold the hitch up while I started the bolts.

On no issues all supplies were in the box including fish wires I mean it’s a no brainer home run clean look the grey Jeep is mine the white is UHaul it’s horrible looks ridiculous. Jt Josh was my salesman he was fantastic also very knowledgeable.
Order was in stock and arrived super quick. Box was torn upon arrival but hitch was in perfect condition with all parts included. I would definitely order from you again and will recommend you! Thank you!

Lowers your breakaway angle for off-roading, unlike a factory style hitch, but not a big deal. Otherwise a great product that works exactly as advertised, a very sturdy hitch!
Fit like a glove. Watched Install video and installed it within the hour by myself. Happy with the purchase.
Not sure if it was the company or the delivery services used; the package was extremely beat up when delivered. Several holes and bent corners.
