Raise Your Trailer's Ride Height

Newer trucks are being built to ride higher. This means that your trailer may have to be raised to match. If the two aren't the same height at the connection point, the nose of your trailer or RV is going to ride too high. This will put too much weight on the rear of your trailer, which can result in poor handling and may eventually cause damage.

The Correct Track helps to solve this problem by lifting your trailer or RV 1-1/4" or 2-1/4", which provides a level towing setup for taller trucks. This added lift is also great for 5th-wheel trailers that might have trouble clearing tall pickup bed side rails.

Correct Misaligned Axles and Suspension

If the tires on your RV or trailer are wearing down quickly and prematurely, there's a good chance your axles are out of alignment. Driving with misaligned axles for long periods of time will shorten the life of your tires, reduce your gas mileage, and can make it difficult to steer your rig. Misaligned axles are often caused by an imbalance of weight, which can result from simply using the slide-out on your 5th wheel or having heavy appliances positioned on one side.

The Correct Track integrates into your trailer's suspension system and shifts the axles back into proper alignment. This kit allows you to adjust the axle alignment by 1/4" increments for a properly aligned suspension. It will correct your RV or trailer's alignment whether the axles need to be moved forward or backward.

Pretty simple to do with great benefits down the road.

by:

Do not purchase. These did not work at all and I had to remove them.

by:

I have not had a chance to install them yet, but they seem to be exactly what I need.

by:

The product looks great and seems very well made. I have not been able to install on my own and I have tried with two different shops to install this system on my RV and they will not.

by:

Price was good and it was in stock.
I
was confused why it took four days to ship when it was pulled the second day?
I ended up not being able to use it before I left on a six-week excursion.
Looking forward to getting back home and installing the product.

Great customer service from beginning to delivery.

by:

Used this to lift my fifth wheel 2 inches to reduce the nose height condition that is common with newer trucks. Not as easy as changing a tire though.

by:

I can’t review the product since installation is not scheduled until Friday. I have ordered fro eTrailer because I like their service, customer service and quick ship and deliver.

by:

Product is great. I just wish the instructions addressed tandem and triple axle applications. And some actual pictures of installation would be even better.

by:

The Triple Axle Kit costs less and includes three boxes instead of two, as with the tandem axle kit. However, the instructions could be clearer. I’d recommend choosing a triple axle set even if you’re working on a tandem axle, so you can adjust each hanger individually and maintain the correct spring angles. Otherwise, if you only install it on the center and rear hangers, you’ll need to adjust both the center and rear if you need to tweak the front right wheel, which can be tricky to get right. Alternatively, buying two single-axle kits could save you around $150 and simplify the setup.

by:

Installing this kit on my travel trailer corrected my dual axle alignment problem which was wearing the inside of the left rear tire. It was easy to install, easy to understand, and very adjustable.

by:

All the parts are quality made, but I had to replace the axle and didn't need to use the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit.

  • Solution for Fifth Wheel Trailer that is Sitting Nose High
Hey Bill, so we can help but the cushioned equalizer part # MR27ZR that you referenced was not designed to provide additional height to the trailer so it would not be what you are looking for. Before I mention parts that will lift the rear suspension is your pin box mounted in the highest mounting bracket holes currently? Is your fifth wheel hitch set at it's lowest height setting? Try those two things if you haven't already. To add 2 inches of height to your trailer's rear suspension...

Hey Charles, I have a solution for you but going with stiffer suspension on your 2025 GD reflection 337rls would not be an ideal way to gain addition height nor would it really be very effective. Instead your best solution would be to go with a lift kit designed for tandem axle trailers like what you have with the Correct Track # RR55QX which can give you a lift of up to 2-1/4 inches. I know the title says it's for a triple axle trailer but it's correct kit for a tandem to give you the...

Hey Matt! Yes, the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR55QX will fit your Forest River Sandpiper 4002FB. These work with any standard hangers like yours, extending them to achieve a lift. The kit I linked here is actually the triple axle kit, but it is the one you need to raise each set of hangers equally. Are you looking for more clearance or are you nose high trying to level out your 5th wheel?

  • Availability of Lift Kit for Lakota Trailer With Tandem 8k Lippert Axles
Hi Ronald; assuming you have a leaf spring suspension you can use the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR55QX you were looking at. This will extend your hangers and raise your trailer 1-1/4" or 2-1/4". This is listed as the triple axle kit but it is the one you want to get so you can raise each set of hangers equally. If you have Lippert torsion axles you will have to reach out to Lippert directly to see if they still have lift kits available.

Hello Brian, thanks for reaching out. As far as I know, the Correct Track kit has not been discontinued. We still carry them and stock them here. As of right now we have not heard anything from the vendor that would indicate they are being discontinued. The Correct Track is made by a company called RV Ride Control, so that might be why you didn't see it on the Lippert site. We have the single, tandem and triple axle kits: - Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit - Single Axle # LC87120 -...

Hey Gary, how many axles does your trailer have and by how much would you like to lift the trailer? A lift kit like the Correct Track part # RR23QX for a 1 inch lift or the part # RR55QX for a 2 inch lift on a tandem is normally what we recommend.

  • Availability of Lift Kit for Nose High 5th Wheel Trailer
Hey Steve! Are your axles overslung or underslung? If they're running under the axle you can use an axle flip kit to lift the trailer. If they're already on top of the axle the only option we have is the Correct Track # RR55QX. This kit will extend your hangers for a 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" lift. I'm guessing you have a tandem axle trailer so this triple axle kit will be required for the full 2-1/4" lift. The only other option would be to cut off your existing hangers and weld on longer ones. Hi James! Adding 2" of lift to you Keystone Bullet 29BHSWE is something we can help with. And actually, the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit - Triple Axle # RR55QX is what I recommend going with. This technically says it's for a triple axle trailer/camper, but to get the full 2-1/4" lift it can offer, the brackets do need to be installed on all the hangers (including the center equalizer one). The Tandem Axle Kit # RR23QX doesn't include brackets for the center hanger and...

  • How to Gain Additional Clearance on Brinkley Model G 3970 With Gen-Y Gooseneck Pin Box
Hey Larry, welcome back! To gain that extra clearance at this point you will need to raise the trailer. More than likely your leaf springs are already on top of the axle so an axle flip kit won't do it. If a 2-1/4" lift is enough you can use the # RR55QX. This extends the hangers to raise the trailer height. If you really think you need 3" the only option would be to cut off all of your hangers and weld on new ones that are 3" taller.

If I had to guess you have leaf springs and they're already sitting on top of the axles so an axle flip kit is out. • Options For Adding Lift To Help Level Out 5th Wheel
Hello Greg, thanks for reaching out. Adding a lift to your 5th wheel is a solution for this. What I would recommend for that is an over-under kit (if applicable). This puts the leaf spring pack on top of the axle but since your have a 5th wheel it is likely already configured this way. Aside from that you can use the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR55QX which will provide a 2-1/4" lift. I have heard of people using lift block kits, but this is not something we carry...

Hi Gregg, what are you trying to achieve with the lift kit? The # K71-725-02 you're looking at is designed for Torflex/torsion axles. Since you have leaf springs we know you do not have Torflex axles on the trailer. The leaf springs are already on top of the axle so an axle flip kit is not an option either. The only remaining option for a lift kit is the Correct Track # RR55QX. However, this will only raise the trailer by 2-1/4" by extending the hangers. Typically this is enough of a lift...

  • Lift Kit Compatible With a Keystone Fuzion 5TH Wheel Toy Hauler
If your Keystone Fuzion 5th wheel toy hauler uses Dexter # 12 Torflex torsion axles then the Lift Kit # K71-725-02 is what you will need to raise the trailer 3-1/8". As most of these types of trailers use double eye leaf springs it is more likely you will need either the Tandem Axle Lift Kit # RR23QX or Triple Axle Lift Kit # RR55QX depending on your number of axles. This will give you either 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" of lift depending on the setting which best levels with your F-450.

This is definitely something that has been an issue for newer trucks like your 2022 Ram 2500.
