Options For Adding Lift To Help Level Out 5th Wheel

Updated 08/15/2025 | Published 07/21/2025

Question:

My 5th wheel sits a bit high in the front. Do you sell the blocks that fit between the leaf spring and axle and longe u-bolts that provide 2-3 inches of lift? Are they safe?

Hello Greg, thanks for reaching out. Adding a lift to your 5th wheel is a solution for this. What I would recommend for that is an over-under kit (if applicable). This puts the leaf spring pack on top of the axle but since your have a 5th wheel it is likely already configured this way.

Aside from that you can use the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR55QX which will provide a 2-1/4" lift.

I have heard of people using lift block kits, but this is not something we carry here, so not something I can recommend. They can be ok for small lifts but I have heard they can be unsafe for larger lifts and can make things unstable.
