This is the third hitch I have purchased from eTrainler and as in the past the product is perfect and fits like a glove. Also the staff is there for ordering and installation support if needed. Product ordered and delivered before the date promised.
Product was shipped on the day of the order and received on time. Order process was efficient and delivered earlier than promised.
The product was described accurately and the installation took approximately 15 minutes.

We are happy customers! Received the Curt Trailer hitch receiver today. It took about 10 minutes to install the product. (And 20 minutes to figure out how to slightly lower the spare tire-this GX-460 is new to me). Lowering the spare tire about 1-2 inches provided the flexibility to easily bolt up the hitch receiver. All together very quick and easy! We saved $800 by purchasing your product and installing it ourselves. Two dealer quotes each wanted over $900 to provide a hitch receiver and labor. Thank you for making this easy for us.

Fit perfectly for 2022 Lexus GX460. Used adapter/shim plate provided. Took about 20 mins to install. Great communication from trailer on shipping and arrived promptly. Thank you!
Super easy install. Kind of tight to get a torque wrench in there to tighten to proper spec with the exhaust pipe in the way on one side. A long 19mm socket would probably fix this easy. 10 minute install and good to understand where your spare tire is too!
Adam was Great to work with. I ordered a different brand which was out of stock! Adam got me a better made in USA hitch in 2 days. He also saved me money on shipping! Will definitely recommend this Company! The Curt hitch fit perfect! Had to drop the spare tire and take off the bottom trim panel. Took 10 minutes to install.

Takes longer to lower the spare than to mount the receiver.
Fits perfectly with the spacer.
Everything went smooth in the ordering and shipping. The installation video was helpful. This particular hitch is very easy to install.

Their hitch fits perfectly. No complaints. I had an issue with an incorrect sized spare tire on my car getting in the way, they helped me with that issue.
I am already glad I bought this hitch as it was an easy install in 30 minutes. I did apply medium strength threadlock to bolts. Great fit and did NOT have to lower spare tire. Used a heavy hammer to move spare tire just enough forward to make it an easy fit. Not a mechanic as I bought my first torque wrench for this and am 68 years old! Going to use it to transport 2 bicycles in the area. I am sure it will work just fine.
Easy installation. Just had to borrow a torque wrench from a friend.
This hitch is very easy to install. I used the extension plate to bring the hitch plate slightly below the lip of my bumper. The entire installation took less than thirty minutes. It is very secure, and works perfectly. I also purchased the Curt bike rack which fits the hitch.

After using the hitch and rack for a year, I could not be more pleased with both. The hitch is in perfect condition after hundreds of uses, installing and removing the rack, with no erosion of integrity.
etrailer ordering was great and delivery was fast.
The Curt hitch fit the vehicle well and overall appears to be a good product. However, there was a TON of weld splatter all over the hitch. Very disappointed to see this in an American made product.
Great hitch, Lexus made adding the receiver a no brainer. I’d consider this a 2/10 on the difficulty level with the right tools. Easy install and quick shipping from etrailer, nothing else needed.
They had exactly what I needed and got it to me quick!
Easiest hitch yet! I have installed 5 hitches now from trucks to suvs and this one was by far the most simple install.
Had to drop the spare tire just a bit in order to set the hitch in place. After that it was 4 bolts and done. No cutting no hammering.
