The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75685 is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Lexus GX 460. The Draw-Tite Max-Frame is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver tube opening. The slight bumper difference between the 2017 and 2018 model years that you are referring to is not an issue. I have confirmed all of this with the manufacturers of the hitch, Draw-Tite.

If you can tell me what you will be using the hitch for then I would be glad to offer some additional recommendations for you as well.

I wasn't able to find any order information about what hitch you purchased using your email address but I can confirm that both the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch part # C13043 and the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch part # 75685 are a confirmed fit for your 2018 Lexus GX 460.
