You can reorder the hardware for your Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13043 by entering in "C13043" into the hitch item number box on the # RHK product page. You can also just pick up the same hardware at your local hardware store:
HHCS,M12x1.25,45,CL10.9,YZ (need 4)
WASHER,S-CON,1/2,YZ (need 4)
