Morning, do you know if C13043 will fit a 2023 GX460 with the sport design package?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13043 is a confirmed fit for a 2023 Lexus GX 460 all models per Curt so you should be good to go with the sport design package. That said, if there are any obstructions in the way of the receiver once bolted to the frame they will need to be trimmed. I have attached a close-up photo of the receiver installed on a standard rear bumper for reference.
