I have a solution for you but we do not have any class VI hitches. Not sure if that is a typo or not. There are class III hitches available for your 2021 Lexus GX460. The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver 2" item # 75685 is custom fit and bolts directly to your Lexus with included hardware.

If you need a wiring harness to control your trailer's lighting functions you will want the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit item # 119250KIT.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
