  Hey Leland, yes a hitch reducer can be used with the Curt TruTrack 2P part # C69JR so that you can use it in a 2.5 inch hitch. You'd need an adapter like the part # BWRHXA2182.   Hey Jeff, thanks for reaching out. That is a pretty tall order. We do have 2-1/2" to 2" hitch extenders, but nothing rated for 12,000 lbs. The closest thing would be the Brophy Hitch Reducer and Extender # HR26 which is 7" long and rated for 5,000 lbs. We have reducers that go from 2-1/2" to 2" such as part # BWRHXA2182 but this is not an extension. There would not be any 12k rated 4" extensions though. What are you using this for exactly?   Michael, actually both holes in the B&W Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve # BWRHXA2182 are slightly oblong. This is just to make things a bit easier to line up, and the slop you're concerned about is negligible. The two sets of holes are so you can get a custom fit for most factory and aftermarket hitches. To get the correct fit for whatever you're using, you'd need to adjust the orientation of the pinched ends so that the pin holes line up with your receiver tube pin holes.
