Question:

Want to know if I bought a tow and stow 3 ball reciever. 2 1/2 shank. Can I purchase a pintle hitch with 2 5/16 ball separate that will fit the same shank as the triple ball ? If so how do I go about this site

I do have options for you but there is not a pintle hook adapter for the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount part # BWTS20048B so the only way to obtain a pintle hook with the Tow & Stow feature is to purchase the B&W Tow & Stow Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball part # BWTS10056 separately and then use the B&W Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve part # BWRHXA2182 with this.

That said, if you purchase the Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball part # C45908 and the Replacement 2" and 2-5/16" Dual-Sided Ball for Curt 2-1/2" Adjustable Ball Mount part # C45923 you can switch between the two without removing the entire shank each time. I highly recommend the Curt Lock Set for Adjustable Channel-Style Mounts part # C23556 for this option as well.
