Thank you everyone at etrailer for all the help in getting my hitch to me (thanks Judy!). I ordered my hitch on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday and their price match promise is spot on. The hitch arrived at noon and it was on the truck by 1:30, by the time I read the instructions, looked at the video demonstrating the install, looked for the tools I was going to need and dropped the spare tire it was about 1:15, install itself only took 15 minutes and it went on as easly and smoothly as the video shows, no problem snaking the wire through the tube and putting the plate and carriage bolt on and pulling it back through, as easily as slicing butter and it looks awesome. I would highly recommend the Hidden Hitch and etrailer and will be buying from them again!

hitch installed as shown but it took me about 30min as I did it on my back and it took a little time to fish the wires through. It is a substantial hitch and I am pleased with it.

super easy install !!the Draw-Tite hitch was ridiculously easy to install on my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. Definately watch the video on the '08 install; explains it all very easily. Definately pleased that the install was as easy as advertised. Beefy construction, looks like a factory install when your done. Highly recommend it !!
This is exactly like the OEM Dodge hitch at 1/3 the price. The installation video was A+. It took longer for me to figure out how to lower my spare tire than it did for me to install the hitch. It looks great and the shipping was super, ordered Monday and received on Wednesday from Missouri to Atlanta. NICE. Thanks for the great service.

Came on time and everything was in the box. Pretty darned easy installation. I didn't even need to drop the spare. I think it's going to work fine. I'll be hooking a trailer to it this weekend and will follow up if my opinion changes.

A year later and Im still satisfied with the hitch. I have hauled quite a few different trailers and the hitch has held up well. I dont think Ive overloaded it, but have pulled some heavier trailers including a 29 ft camper with a weight distributing attachment. All good.
