So long as your 2018 Ram 1500 with a dual exhaust has the factory-installed step bumper, you can use the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75662.

If you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see the hitch on a Ram with dual exhaust that has the step bumper.
