I installed your hitch to my32 foot 2023 Puma without a hitch. The instal went smoothly. In about 3 hours. The only modifications were the length of the bolts. I had to install onto a 2x4 inch tubing. Then welding it to the rv. Thank you for all your help.

2015 Heartland RV Bighorn Fifth Wheel

I received my order today, and from the look of the box I figured there was stuff missing. I was correct after looking in the box through its many holes The only thing in the box was the receiver bar, no plates to attach or other parts needed to install.

Comments
The hitch has held up very well with one exception one of the bolts that holds the receiver bar from moving left to right sheered off so I have to install a new bolt before I use it gain.

I was very pleased with the ordering process, the very quick delivery date, and the installation process. Although I did have to relocate my stabilizer jacks about 4 inches, this was no real issue. The hitch fit like a glove and I was able to install it myself. It took me a little longer than most others because I'm 68 yrs old and also have Parkinson's Disease. So If I can install it, I figure most anyone can. I've included a picture.

It is a perfect use for a mountain bikes dirt bikes on the back of travel trailers. Be advised that the hitch will sit lower than normal and may have some clearance issues over uneven terrain. It’s a 3 inch lift is used on the axle or an axle flip os performed, There should not be a problem. Also be aware that most travel trailers only have about a 3 inch width on the beam which will not allow the use of all four holes on the side plate mounting holes on the hitch. Using both the two lower side holes and the bottom two holes still should make the hitch plenty secure

Hitch showed up later than expected, box looks like it had been drug behind the ups truck, missing a few bolts nuts and square spacers which were lose in the box as the bag looks like mice had eaten it! Hopefully it’s a good product but I can’t install it without the missing pieces.

2021 GMC Sierra 3500

I installed this hitch on a Vilano 320GK. It was listed as the same hitch sold by Vanleigh. The RV has plates welded to the frame to attach the hitch. The installed hitch had very little ground clearance. The RV shop modified the hitch mounting plates and bolted it directly to the frame. The hitch is well made, came with mounting hardware and did fit the RV. My issues were with the mounting provided by the RV manufacturer.

THIS IS POSSIBLY THE ONLY WAY TO PUT A HITCH ON A FIFTH WHEEL. IT FIT LIKE IT WAS MADE FOR IT. I USE IT TO TRAILER MY HARLEY AND IT WORKS GREAT. I AM NOT AFRAID OF IT FALLING OFF DOWN THE ROAD. GREAT HITCH!!!

After figuring out how to mount this hitch on our camper it was evident that it would not bolt up to the existing brackets. We dropped the underbelly and ground off the brackets existing on the trailer and had a welder come in and weld the brackets that came with the hitch on the trailer! We are very pleased with the hitch. We are going to use it for our bike rack and maybe later something heavier!

2017 Keystone Alpine Fifth Wheel

When hitch arrived the parts bag was open and a few bolts, nuts,etc were missing. Called etrailer and a new parts bag was shipped quickly. Fairly easy install on our 5th wheel. In pictures we haven't put the underside cover back up yet.

Install the hitch I purchased from you I had to raise the bumper inch and half to make it fit and works great thx for a great product no issues what so ever also the bolt fishing tool was awesome thx again.

Packaged horribly, missing hardware. Install was easy hitch is nice, the missing bolts is unacceptable. I read the reviews that said the same thing and hoped they read them..... nope!

Great quality! It wouldn’t have taken so long if we didn’t have to move the jack stabilizers first. I am very impressed with the look and feel of the motorcycle carrier as well as the adjustable hitch. Fit perfectly. Love it. My son is stoked.

Looks like it is heavy duty, box condition was rough and the hardware bag was torn open and hardware is scattered inside the box.haven’t did inventory on pieces if any missing

Perfect! Our 5th wheel had a flimsy 1 1/4" class 1 hitch installed when we purchased it. Since our bike carrier was for a 2" receiver, I purchase an adaptor to use it. Original hitch receiver was rated for a 150 lbs. The weight of the adapter, bike carrier and 2 Biktrix e-bikes is approximately 140 lbs.

After driving for a couple of hours on an Interstate, I started watching the bikes in the rear camera bouncing up and down and new they were going to launch like someone off a diving board. I pulled over and strapped everything to the trailer so we could finish the days driving.

Went to e-trailers web site and found this adjustable class II with a 2" receiver. Easy installation and plenty of mounting hardware for all variations.

We have now traveled hundreds of miles (Maybe thousands) with a stable platform for our bikes. I no longer have to check the camera after a bump to see if I'm dragging our bikes behind us.

This trailer hitch is very well made heavy duty. I was worried about ordering it but there's no need to worry I am very satisfied with the Adjustable 22"to 72" trailer hitch...maybe later I'll update with photos...

Box was ripped open upon delivery. Plastic bag of nuts & bolts was busted open & scattered around inside the box. 2 nuts had fallen out but luckily I found them in my driveway where the UPS driver had parked.

Install went smoothly, had to relocate the manual scissor jacks that are used to level the RV. Receiver hitch was heavy duty with quality bolting hardware included.

Great product shipped very fast showed up in 4 days very impressive, but with that said the shipping and handling was so ruff multiple forklift holes package torn in half hardware package torn from multiple forklift punctures thus MISSING hardware when arrived, it was damaged so bad surprised it made it at all REALLY.

Overall I am satisfied with the receiver hitch. I faced a few challenges installing the hitch. Mostly to due with the location of the bolt holes and the width of the lock nuts. I had to trim the lock nuts to clear the available space. It was an exercise of trial and error. I use the hitch to tow my 2,300 lbs. 16' Deep-V fishing boat behind my 5th wheel. The receiver has performed perfectly.

Apparently I ordered the wrong weight hitch. Could not use and trying to sell it but have not done so yet. It cost too much to return it. It is of good quality but not heavy enough for my use
