  • Recommended Bike Rack to Use with the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk
I have a great option for you. When using the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier for A-Frame Trailers # CC-275 there are a few parameters you will need to stay within. The bike rack needs to be travel trailer rated, fit a 2" hitch and the combined weight of the bike rack and your bikes needs to be less than 100 lbs. Given these parameters I recommend the Lets Go Aero NEO2 2-Bike Rack # B01748. This 2 bike rack is the lightest weight of the racks that are rated...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2019 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite with Welded Bumper
Thanks for the photo! I can now see the issues you are having trying to install a trailer hitch on your 2019 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite Fifth Wheel. That said, the brackets for the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13703 and the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13704 are too large to attach to the square tubing used to attach your bumper and this square tubing would get in the way if you tired to mount the hitch to the frame underneath. Therefore the...

  • Trailer Hitch for Jayco Fifth Wheel
The Curt # C13900 will fit frames up to 41 inches but it isn't the best option for your Jayco Pinnacle fifth wheel trailer. There are hitches made for RVs that I recommend using because they are designed to bolt or weld onto RV frames as opposed to the aforementioned multi-fit hitch which is designed to be used on a number of different passenger vehicles. The most popular hitch for RVs is the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 which will fit box frames, C-channel...

  • Frame Mounted Trailer Hitch for Travel Trailer
We do indeed offer some hitches that are designed to bolt to the frame of your travel trailer. If the frame members on your travel trailer are between 18-51 inches apart, the Curt Hitch # C13701 would be an excellent choice, with it's tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs. For frame members between 22-72 inches apart, use the Curt Hitch # 13703, which has a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs.

  • Recommended Receiver Hitch for Rear of Forest River Fifth Wheel
I'd begin by contacting Forest River to ensure that the frame members at the rear of your fifth wheel have sufficient capacity to carry the weight of the carrier and the scooter without damaging anything. If Forest River gives you the go-ahead, I'd recommend the # UF35-946403 hitch, which is compatible with frame members that are between 47-3/8 to 77 inches apart, measured from the inside of the frame. This hitch is a weld on application, and has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity, meaning...

The mounting plate for the Lippert 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # LC240220 is 8 inches wide and 3-1/2 inches tall. It has mounting holes which are 2 inches apart on center vertically and 6 inches apart on center horizontally. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch And Bike Carrier For Forest River R Pod
I recommend first installing a trailer hitch on the back of your Rpod, and then a hitch mounted bike carrier. The trailer hitch I recommend is the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch, part # 13703. This will work with RVs that have a frame width between 22 and 72 inches. The hitch can be bolted on or welded on. The bike carrier I recommend is the Let's Go Aero VeeMe V2 2-Bike Rack, part # VME-V2. This rack is RV rated and has a weight capacity of 50-lbs per bike. This rack weight just...

  • Trailer Hitch that Could Fit Keystone Passport Travel Trailer

  • Trailer Hitch for a 2005 Freightliner MT45
While we do not have a custom fit hitch for your Freightliner MT45 we do have several heavy duty weld-on hitches that could work for you. I have included a link to all of them for you. Based on your frame width you could use # 41990 which is 44 inches long. Then for brackets you could use 7 inch brackets # 4907 or 16 inch brackets # 4916. If the frame is an I-beam frame then the only option is # 13703. Weld-on hitches should only be installed by qualified professional welders. I have...

  • How To Carry Two Bikes And A Generator While Towing A Fifth Wheel Trailer
I have another option, but unfortunately none of the cargo carrier bike rack combos are rated for use on a 5th wheel trailer like your 2021 Grand Design Reflection. Instead I recommend using a front mount trailer hitch receiver on your truck with the 17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # C18145 to carry your 100lb generator. This cargo carrier weighs in at 28lbs, and has a 500lb weight capacity making it plenty strong to carry your generator. You will want to make sure you...

Hey Chad, I tried to find some pictures of your 2025 Cedar Creek 381 MUD but could not find any that showed where a hitch would go, with that said the most common hitch we install on campers is the Curt # 13703. This hitch has a 350lb tongue weight rating, and a 3,500lb towing capacity. You will want to check with the trailer manufacturer to see what it is rated to tow. • Trailer Hitch Option for a 2025 Toyota Crown Signia
Hey Ralph, at the moment we do not have any hitches nor an ETA for when we will get any for a 2025 Toyota Crown Signia. We do also have a universal hitch # 13703 which you could technically use as long as your frame is between 22 and 72" wide, but it won't be custom so you might have a bit more leg work to get it on. This hitch has a 2" receiver, a 3,500 lb capacity, and a max tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs.

Hey Andy, thanks for reaching out! In order to know if the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13704 will fit, you'll need to measure the frame of your trailer. The measurement you need is the distance between the frame rails from the inside of one rail to the inside of the other. So long as the distance is between 22" - 66", this hitch will fit! Hey David, we can definitely help get your Heartland Cyclone setup to tow. The first thing you'd want is a hitch like the Curt # 13703 that you referenced which fits standard RV frame styles between 22 and 72 inches. Then for a 4-way the simplest solution would be the part # TS48RR which you would wire to the trailer wiring on the 5th wheel. The Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100 which is a fit for a standard 4" x 4" rear bumpers will allow you to tow a trailer up to 3,500 lbs. However, that is what the hitch is rated for and the bumper could be rated for less (must confirm with manufacturer). If so, you could install supports, the Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Standard RV Bumper Support Brackets part # MO22FR or installs a frame mount hitch, the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs part # 13703.

  • What Bike Rack do You Recommend for Transporting an E-Bike on a Truck and Travel Trailer?
I have a solution for you. Any time you use any adapter like the MaxxTow Hitch Adapter # MT70032, you reduce the overall weight capacity of the hitch by 50%. With that being said, that will reduce your trailer's hitch to only 65 pounds of available tongue weight. Since the OnRamp # Y36FR already weighs 39.5 pounds, that leaves only 25.5 pounds of available tongue weight on the rack. This is extremely dangerous. We unfortunately do not recommend going this route even if you plan on further...

Since you have a 34 inch wide frame, we may have something that could work with a bit of fabrication on your part. 34 inch wide frames (measured from outside to outside) is a very common frame width for cab and chassis trucks, so we do have options for those beyond the universal RV style hitches. • Welding a Trailer Hitch Receiver to a Travel Trailer
For a trailer hitch receiver for your travel trailer, I recommend the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703. This hitch can be welded for a no-drill application as you stated, or it can be bolted in place. Bolting does require drilling, but does not require the prep and painting of a welded application so it will be less expensive. From start to stop to weld, it will most likely cost about 3-4 hours of labor. I assume the rate is probably 60-75...
