Question:
I am looking for a Carrier Basket Rack Combo for 2 receiver. I have a 2021 Grand design Reflection and I am looking to carrier a 100 pound generator and the ability to carry 2 bicycles. Any advise would be helpful.

I have another option, but unfortunately none of the cargo carrier bike rack combos are rated for use on a 5th wheel trailer like your 2021 Grand Design Reflection.
Instead I recommend using a front mount trailer hitch receiver on your truck with the 17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # C18145 to carry your 100lb generator. This cargo carrier weighs in at 28lbs, and has a 500lb weight capacity making it plenty strong to carry your generator. You will want to make sure you position that generator in a way that it does not block the headlights of your vehicle.
To carry the bikes I recommend using the Swagman Traveler XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes # S64663 which is rated to be used on the back of your 5th wheel trailer. This rack will support two bikes weighing up to 35lbs each with tires up to 3-1/2" wide.
If you do not already have a trailer hitch receiver on your Grand Design Reflection I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 which is designed for trailers with frames between 22"-72" wide, and has a maximum tongue weight rating of 350lbs. You will need to check with Grand Design to find the maximum tongue weight rating of your trailer, and use the lowest rating between the hitch and the trailer.
If you can tell me the Year/Make/Model of your truck I would be happy to recommend a front mount trailer hitch receiver for you.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.

Front hitch options? Thinking about loading a Predator 5000 generator onto a small rack, since the rack on the back of my travel trailer is pretty much dedicated to carrying 2 Electric e-bikes.
