Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver
Very heavy duty. Will use it with a bike rack I had for another vehicle that had a 2" receiver.
Solidly made. Wish all of these would come with optional locking pins and clamps to minimize movement as I use mine primarily for a bike rack with very nice bikes aboard.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2" or 4" Drop/Rise
Extremely well built and the perfect answer for towing my car and also utilizing a hitch mounted bike carrier.
Exactly what I needed. Now able to add storage box and still pull tow Dolly.

Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver with 5" Rise
Perfect for my 2015 honda fit It helped a lot by adding that 5 inch rise No more scraping on the driveways or dips. I highly recommend to anyone that owns or is planning to buy a cargo hitch basket those who own a smaller car.
I bought this to use with my 2" carrier, but I actually returned it. It was very heavy. I decided that using the adapter and the subsequent loss of 1/2 of the tongue weight wasn't effective. I chose instead to get a 1.25 carrier instead.

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 1-1/4" (Class II) to 2" - 6" Long
The Curt C45785 1.25 inch to 2 inch hitch adapter seems well-constructed, but does NOT fit the current SPA Volvo OEM 1.25 inch automatic retractable hitch receptacle (mine is on a 2020 V60 Cross country). The lock pin hole doesn't go back far enough to accommodate the pin -- see photo.
Great product from an even greater company. ETRAILER has the knowledge and products to solve most any trailering problem.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2 " or 8" Drop/Rise
Perfect for my application.
Works great! I use it on my motorhome to carry my bikes with a Rocky Mounts Carrier and flat tow my car with my Blue Ox system. It places the bike carrier at an optimal height over the front of the car but my may be different for other bike carriers. Very sturdy and seems to be quality all around.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 2-1/4" Rise/Drop
Beefy. I have no doubts of the capacity of either side of this hitch adapter, there's plenty of weld to hold it all together. Very few options will provide minimal drop (for an off-road trailer) and minimal rise on the other side for an additional bike rack or cargo carrier. Jeeps are tough since you need to be able to open the gate. This one clears no problem. My spare is up on a slant back carrier, but I think the stock spare should clear as well. Get you a "Trimax THC200 Universal Anti-Rattle Clamp Fits 2" Hitch" and this thing is solid as stone.
The hitch has held up over Alaskan roads towing a jeep, but it does not sit level in the receiver so the tiny little bit that it sags is exaggerated when the tow bar is connected. Paint starting to peel with wear after a year.

Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver
This has worked great to reduce my 2" hitch so that I can continue to use my 1 1/4" Thule bike rack, and I like that it doesn't extend out much from the hitch. After my last trip though, the inset separated from the larger piece. I can still use it, but without the smaller piece fixed in place, I can't put it on the car first and then slide the bike rack into it since the smaller piece slides, and it's impossible to line the holes up. It's also rusted more than I expected. It wasn't inexpensive, and I was hoping it would last longer. I've used it for maybe a dozen trips.
Perfect fit BUT the inner tube broke away from the outer tube after about a dozen trips. One small weld on the outside corner is all that holds it on. The small amount of play must have been too much for it. I was even using an anti-rattle lock pin. Very disappointing due to the price point. And now it’s unsafe to use as it could slip right out of the receiver.

Hitch Extender For 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver 10"
I recently had a hitch installed on my car. Since the cargo carrier that I have was used previously without an adapter, I assumed that I didn't need one. Now trying to locate one was more of an effort than locating a hitch. The local auto parts stores of national brands don't keep them in stock. One store made an inquiry but didn't give me much hope. Now I can make a rode trip in confidence that the carrier will be secure as I head down the interstate.
Quality product and excellent service from etrailer.com! The Hitch Extender works well allowing me to back my boat trailer further into the deeper water.

MaxxTow Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 2" to 1-1/4" Hitch - 11" Long
Installed my 2” hitch but don’t have a 2” bike trailer yet. I purchased this to continue to use my 1.25” bike trailer (until I find a deal). Used this over Thanksgiving weekend on I35 in Texas (tons of traffic)and I’m very pleased with the performance. I’m was secure and bikes traveled just fine.
I ordered this adapter from e-Trailer so I could extend my bike rack past my spare tire on my 2005 Honda CRV. This solved my problem and this thing is well made to take the weight. I'm glad I purchased from e-trailer because I know now that they sell quality products as I have also purchased a new receiver, ball mount and 2' ball to pull my trailer. If your goal is quality, great service and fast shipping then e-Trailer is one company to go with.

Hitch Adapter 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver - 7" Long
Fantastic Product. Saved me from having to buy a brand new bike holder for my new car with a different hitch size.
Professional, delivered a day early. As promised. What more can you want.

Curt Hitch Extender for 2" Hitch Receivers - 8" Long
This was exactly what I needed to make my hitch work on a Grand Caravan. The adjustable hitch was too close to the bumper after installing the Curt receiver hitch.
The extender worked as expected. No issues

CR Brophy Hitch Extender for 1-1/4" Hitch Receivers - 5-3/4" Long
Here in Saskatoon, Canada, I am very pleased to endorse J&J's flagpole holder and hitch mount extension products. Solid construction and beautifully finished engineered pieces. Fitted easily onto my '92 Camaro RS, for Shriner parades. Supporting a worthy philanthropic effort for children.
1 1/4" extension fit well (could be a tiny more snug). but was just what i needed for my mini cooper and new bike rack. Fast Ship good price and I would use them again. Now i can use my bike rack! :)

Hitch Extender For 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver 7"
I needed my bike to clear my bumper on a front hitch and this did the trick. This extender is hollow so I was able to use anti rattle/ lock before adding bike rack.
Allows me to use my back rack and small boat trailer without having to remove the spare tire on my Jeep Wrangler. Works well.

Curt Hitch Extender for 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receivers - 7" Long
Perfect fit to extend the hitch to allow my bike rack to clear the back bumper. Great quality as well.
This hitch extension was exactly what I needed. New hitch on the Toyota Avalon has the receiver box a little too far under the bumper to fit my bike carrier. The diagonal support on the carrier didn't allow hitch pins to align without modifying (cutting) bumper. This extension was a simple yet effective solution to moving the carrier away from rear of vehicle. (Photos were taken without hitch pin in place) The item was in stock and shipped rapidly. Thank you etrailer.

Trailer Hitch Adapter - 1-1/4" to 2" Hitch - 4-1/2" Drop/5" Rise - 6-1/2" L
Perfect and simple item. It was easy to install. I purchased an accessory with receiver opening of 2” and my jeep had 1 1/4 receiver.
I love it! It’s allowed me to use a 2 inch bike rack on the back of my sedan in a safe manner.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2" or 10" Drop/Rise
I love the product not just for the obvious reasons such as it’s extremely durable and well made for safety but specifically for length of the arm. The arm length is just long enough to clear my hitch rack walls, which allowed me to plug in my bike rack. I would certainly recommend this product to others. I haven’t seen any marketing for this specific use case so have at it.
I’ve been using this product every day for over a year at this point. On the back of our Class C RV it supports a bike rack carrying 3 bikes (one is a heavy eBike) and a Roadmaster tow bar, which connects to a Jeep Wrangler when we travel. It provides the need height for the bike rack and the drop needed for the tow bar to be level with front of the Jeep. We are full time RVers, so it gets a lot of use. It has worked perfectly and remains in new condition.

Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver
Used the Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver to have a bike rack with two bikes on the upper Receiver and a 21' bassboat on the lower Receiver. Ran down to Florida Everglades, Florida Keys and back home. Almost exactly 4,000 miles. Hitch worked perfectly. I did find that you can not "jacknife" the boat as much or the bow of the boat will touch the bikes on the rack but that is to be expected. Hitch was quiet, strong and exceeded my expectations. Easy to install and looking forward to using it again in a month for another 4,000 mile road trip. Note: I drive fast and the roads are not always perfect. This is a sturdy Hitch Receiver. Hope this review helps you. Sorry, crummy photo as the Receiver is a "set it and forget it" product. Be well.
I bought this Dual Purpose Receiver at Twice the price of that Big online company because of reviews from owners that bought on both sites. After evaluating the reviews, I chose to go with etrailer because I have come to trust them as a company that gives you a great product that they will stand behind and they appreciate your business. I haven’t used this receiver yet, but can look at it and I am comfortable that I made the right choice. I will follow up with another review after I use it.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter with 2" or 6" Drop/Rise
Worked out great for my family bike adventure. Traveled with that setup over 1000 miles and it was easy drive. I had cargo carrier on the bottom and bike rack on top, and with that setup and 4 people on board still plenty of ground clearance 11". Dual hitch is a solid piece of steel that can carry a lot of lbs. Just don't overload max. tong weight, need some room for safety!
This adapter design was exactly what I was looking for. I often carry 4 or more bikes with my Sylvan GO. The pictures show how I configured my setup. Its perfect!!! And yes, I have to be a little careful on really tight turns but its never been an issue. Thank you George and the etrailer team.

EcoHitch Stealth Hitch 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter
Love having options of which size receiver I can install, rather than adapters to adapt the receptacle, because those always introduce more slop into the fit!! Still great after 1 year!!
Surco Products Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Honda Fit
Today on our 2015 Honda Fit, we're going to be doing a test fit of the twenty by forty-eight surco cargo carrier for your inch and a quarter receivers. This is going to have a three-hundred pound weight capacity and it's sturdy steel construction. Part number 52017. Let's go ahead and get it fitted onto our vehicle. First thing we'll do is insert the shank into the receiver and line up the pinholes. With our pinholes lined up, let's insert our hitch pin and clip. Now we'll go ahead and get some measurements, starting with our closest distance first, which in this case is going to be from the front of the rack to the backside of the bumper. That's going to be about three and seven-eighths inches.
