Specs:
Lumens are used to measure the amount of usable light that is put out by a light source. Raw lumens represent the number of lumens that the manufacturer claims the LEDs are capable of producing. It does not include the light's drive method or the amount of light lost from the lens or reflector. Effective lumens take these factors into account and represent the number of lumens that are actually produced by the complete light assembly, not just the amount of light that the diodes are capable of producing. This light has a 4,000 raw lumen capacity and produces 2,800 effective lumens.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Optronics Opti-Brite LED Work Light. This is a rectangular work light that provides bright, white light for industrial, agricultural, and recreational applications. It does feature a flood beam design that illuminates a very wide area. It's going to feature a durable surface-mount technology when it comes to the construction of the LED circuit board. That technology better withstands shock and vibration and allows for improved heat distribution. Now this is going feature an LED system. So LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights, they last longer, they burn brighter and they're much more efficient.
You don't have to worry about replacing bulbs or worry about brittle filaments. It's got the nice, tough polycarbonate lens, it's impact resistant. And then it's going to feature the black powder-coated die cast aluminum housing. It's very durable and rustproof. It's got the fins here on the back that allows heat to dissipate quickly. The unit also comes with the double bolt, pedestal-style bracket.
So your bracket and hardware are included. For an easier installation, that bracket is able to adjust, so you can pivot it back and forth before you tighten it all the way down. That way you can get the angle that you need. When it comes to the rating, it's an IP69K-rated industry standard protection against dust and moisture. It is compatible with 12 volt DC, 24 volt DC and 36 volt DC systems. And it comes with a wiring that's going to be protected, it's got a nice casing on it.
Two wire design, white wire's ground, black wire's for power. This is 20 inches long, 16 gauge, when it comes to the power leading ground wires. We're going to take a look at the overall dimensions real fast. Measuring edge to edge it's going to give us an overall measurement going this direction. It's going to give us a measurement of about 7-1/8" to 7-3/16" wide. When it comes to the depth, front to back, I've got a measurement of about 4-5/16" deep.
And then the overall height measurement with it straight up and down on the bracket, I got a measurement of right around, about 6-1/4" tall. This bracket, edge to edge going this direction, it's going to give us a measurement of about 4-1/2" to 4-9/16". And then going this direction at the widest point, that bracket's going to be pretty close to 1-1/2", about 1-7/16". And then those mounting holes are separated on center by about 2-5/8". Now this light contains a total of eight diodes or eight LEDs. It's going to feature an effective lumen output of 4000 lumens, with a raw lumen output of 5600 lumens. And the power draw at 12.8 volts is 5 amps, 24 volts is 2.5 amps, 36 volts is 1.36 amps. Optronics is going to cover the LEDs with a lifetime warranty. We're going to go and hook it up to power, that way you see what it looks like with some power running to it. And then we'll also be able to turn off our overhead lights so you can see it in a lower light setting. This is a very bright light. Again, this is a LED work light with that flood beam style. So we're in a small, compact area right now, but flood beam sends out a very wide signal. So the further you get away from the light the wider the beam gets. And it's got great distance to it, great light output, and again, it's going to provide that nice bright, white light for industrial, agricultural, and recreational applications. That's going to do it for today's look a the Optronics Opti-Brite LED Work Light.
