i see the cable is 10 feet long is that 10 feet on both side or ten feet folded in half????

Hey Justin, welcome back! The 136" measurement on the Parking Brake Kit # T2385201 is the overall length of the rear cable. It runs back roughly half that length on each side from where it runs through that central bracket.
