Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Deka 22 gauge and 18 gauge ring terminal with the number eight to number 10 ring size has the red vinyl insulation and it is for a quantity of one terminal. Now this red ring terminal is designed to fit on the end of a 22 to 18 gauge size wire, and fits on the stud or tab size of number eight or number 10. The red color on this final installation indicates that it'll fit a 22 to 18 gauge wire, and these terminals are also available in other sizes that'll fit larger gauge wires, like 16 to 14 gauge and 12 to 10 gauge wire, and also other stud or screw sizes. This one, the diameter of the hole in the ring here is designed to fit the number eight to number 10 stud size. Now in wires, if you're familiar, the larger the gauge number means the smaller the wire size.

But that should do it for the review on this Deka 22 gauge and 18 gauge ring terminal with the number eight to number 10 ring size and the red vinyl insulation.

etrailer products and service are excellent! With their helpful videos and staff (plus a little help from Curt Manufacturing and our teardrop trailer manufacturer (CampInn)) I was able to install electric brakes on the trailer, and a controller in my vehicle by myself. I had never installed electric brakes before. Everything works perfectly!

Best for non environmental exposure use. Use of sealed heat shrinkable terminals is recommended for maximum resistance to environmental exposure.

This trailer is used in rustbelt America. Needed to replaced 1 of 2 terminals as it failed due to corrosion in the conductor crimp area. Replacement terminal was crimped, soldered, and an adhesive lined heat shrink tube was applied over the terminal crimp onto the cable insulation.

Order was complete and delivered in a timely manner. Only problem (minor) was the 7way pigtail was not wired to color code. Had to use test light to get 3 of the wires in correct location. Could be a problem if someone wasn't comfortable with ringing out wires.

I just purchased a Ranger Bass boat and the wiring is very old and the lights don't work. I found everything that I needed to completely replace and install new wiring and lights. All are great products. Have used them in the past and will continue to use. What's more important then the product is the customer service I received when making this order. I had, I believe his name was James or Jay email me and told me that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and that if I changed it to a product he advised was similar, that I would get my order a lot sooner. So I did and I'm glad he intervened.

Yes, you can install the signal booster included with the TST TPMS for RVs part # TST-507-FT-6-C under the overhang on your 5th wheel trailer. I have attached for you a list of other possible locations to mount the signal booster as well. Where To Attach Ground Connection of Trailer Taillight Assembly

Availability of Replacement Trailer Wiring for Car Hauler
We don't offer a once piece harness, but I can recommend what you'd need to wire your trailer. I'd recommend using a 7-way connector, like # H20046. Keep in mind that the connector uses a different wire color code than usual. You'll find the color code on the product page I've linked for you. I'd then recommend you terminate the wiring from the connector in a junction box like part # 38656. Using a junction box makes for a neat and weatherproof installation.
