Easy ordering, quick shipping and excellent product. Would definitely buy from etrailer.com again if I need something they have. Also good price. Used trailer wiring before that I bought from big box stores but wiring is such a small gauge that it’s almost impossible to strip it without it breaking off so I bought this heavier gauge and did my own custom wiring job.

Nice quality heavy wire. Fast ship! Tha nks!

Excellent service, fast shipping. Added tail lights to boat trailer for better visibility. Added guides for better trailering, lights are above water line on PVC posts.

I have to say it's an absolute pleasure dealing with etrailer. Not only did my package arrive on time as promised but the experience of dealing with the people at etrailer such as Tommy and Dani made it that much more of fun experience. There was not a problem with answering my questions if they did not know the answer they found out the answer and got back in touch with me. Their prices are great their products are good quality and there's so many good things to say about the company that I could go on and on. Keep up the good work and I will be doing all my trailer business with etrailer. Just check out their website and see how much more they have to offer.

  • Availability of 18/6 Wire in Rubber Cable
The only 18 gauge wiring we have available is the Deka Bonded 3 Wire # DW02923-1, which is sold by the foot. This 3-wire bonded parallel wire has 16/30 stranding with a maximum voltage of 60V. If you are able to go a bit thicker we do also have the Deka 16/4 Gauge Wire # DW03240-1, which features four 16-gauge wires fully coated in a PVC jacket. This wire is also sold by the foot. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.

  • Recommended Wiring and Lights for Utility Trailer
I'm assuming you want to replace everything here so I will start off with a 4-way. I recommend using the Hopkins Endurance 4-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Harness - 30' Long # HM48265. This will give you a lot of wire to work with so you can hook up all of your lights. This uses your typical 18 gauge wire for the lights and 16 gauge for the ground. If you need additional wire you can use the # SWC97FR or # DW02923-1. You could use the Self-Stripping Connector with Waterproof Sealant - 14-18...

  • Can I Add A 4-flat Connector To The Back Of My Camper For Double Towing?
Hello and thanks for getting in touch. It is possible to add a 4-pin connector to the back of your camper for double towing. To hook up the lighting you will need to use junction box # 38656 along with 4-flat connector # HM48035, which you can mount with brackets # 18144 and # 18140. You are going to run the lights from your camper to the junction box and then to the 4-flat connector. You may need extra wire # DW02923-1 and butt connectors # 05730-5 as well.

  • Hooking up Trailer Lights for Double Trailer Towing
It sounds like you want to tow a pair of trailers in line, and to hook up the lighting you will need to use junction box # 38656 along with 4-flat connector # 18172, which you can mount with brackets # 18144 and # 18140. You are going to run the lights from your camper to the junction box and then to the 4-flat connector. You may need extra wire # DW02923-1 and butt connectors # 05730-5 as well. • How to Extend 5 Long Reverse Light Wiring From Wesbar 5-Flat Trailer Plug
I definitely recommend adding a junction box like the Junction Box # 3375601101 because it helps keep all of the connections in 1 place and makes it easier to add/remove and troubleshooting wiring in the future. Just be sure you install it in a safe place where it won't get wet since it isn't submersible. The 5' auxiliary wire on the 25 Ft 5-Way Trailer Wiring Harness # A25W5B is usually connected to a surge brake coupler with an electrical reverse lockout which is why it's so short. To...

  • Wiring Instructions for Derale Temperature Gauge
First you will want to connect an 18 gauge wire to the Temp Sender mounted on your vehicle. You will then route the wire through the firewall into the passenger compartment where the Temperature Gauge is mounted and attach the Temp Sender wire to the terminal marked (S) on the gauge. Then you will attach an 18 gauge wire to the terminal marked (-) on the gauge, and attach the other end of the wire with the black wire coming from the gauge light to a suitable chassis ground. Last, attach...
