Is the correct size drop for a 2500 Silverado Custom 4x4 to a cargo trailer.
This arrived today and I had it installed 15 minutes later. Should work perfectly on my lifted truck. The truck itself has a 6 inch lift and with 35 inch tires that adds about another inch and a half so I definitely needed a lower drop to properly pull our trailer. I did use a grinder on the Reese part to remove about a quarter size spot of paint that was sprayed a little thick but no big deal. I don’t think most people will have this problem. Just what I needed to properly pull our trailer.
Perfect fit with my existing Reese 1,200 lb. weight distributing head assembly! The solid bar had a few minor chips and a dent (!) from shipping.
Just what I needed to get my weight distribution hitch back down on my new Ram 2500 four wheel drive. Needed about 5 more inches of drop, this is perfect! Cost was less than half what the big box Camping store wanted for about the same size . Ordered on Saturday and it was on my porch by Tuesday !!! Expect this to have great match to my E2 hitch , no picture right now , camper is put away for season. Thanks again , great to deal with your company
This item says 1.2k TW. The one I received says 1.4k TW, but the part numbers match. I'm not complaining, all the measurements are the same. Great service as always! Thank you.

Just upgraded to new trailer and continues to function well.
What can I say about a shank, works as designed. I have a Nash 25C trailer which sits pretty high when connecting to my stock Tundra. This shank coupled with the Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch worked like a champ and now my trailer is level with no sway.
Product was exactly as advertised and recommended by etrailer for my use. The shank is solid steel plus the triangulated welded piece for added strength.

It is working as intended, very strong and well built.
Just what I needed for my 2021 GMC Yukon. The drop that was installed by the dealer wasn’t sufficient. To get the trailer level, they set it up with the weight under distributed and a considerable amount of sag to the rear of the vehicle. This shank allowed me to correct that situation, getting the trailer level and the tongue weight better distributed for a much safer ride.
Solid product. The extra length on the shank allowed me to get my ball hitch down to the proper height to allow level towing of the Airstream with my Ram 2500 Heavy Duty Diesel.
I would buy again. Reputable business. There chat department could use a little help. The chat department is not as knowledgeable as I would have preferred. I was able to figure out the part I needed and it works great.
I recently purchased and new 17 Super Duty and was looking for a bigger drop for my weight distribution hitch. I already have the Fastway E2 system so this was a perfect fit.
Item worked great to get my camper level while towing with my Expedition! Very well made, fast shipping, and packaged very well.
Get's the job done. I needed just a bit more than 5 inches of drop for my application - wish Fastway had offered a slightly shorter option to eliminate the excess below the trunion head and provide a bit more ground clearance.
Nice well built shank. Easy to change between my truck & motorhome.

Perfect for a lifted truck, got the trailer back to level and very heavy duty piece.
Very well made. Provides enough drop for my equalizer on my Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5 inch lift. Etrailer was great in getting me the product fast.
