Hey John,
Are you just needing a different adjustment for the height of your Isuzu? If so, you can simply replace the adjustable shank on your existing Fastway e2 setup with something like the part # FA92-02-4214, which will provide a rise of up to 10-1/4" and a drop of up to 5-1/2" from the receiver. If you need even more of a change, the part # FA92-02-4315 features a 12-1/2" rise or a 9-3/4" drop.
If you're needing something different, just let me know!
