Whats the major differences between the AL57575 and the AL86KV airbags I will be installing on my 2022 Ram 3500 I have a 9ft camper with a slid out that I haul so need to level up my truck.

The correct Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs for your 2022 Ram 3500 is part # AL57531 - this will work as long as you don't have a factory air suspension system. I also recommend picking up an air compressor kit like the Air Lift Load Controller System # AL25856 so you can monitor and adjust the air in both bags as needed and you don't have to plan out any stops just to mess with your air bags.
The parts # AL57575 and # AL86KV you referenced are essentially the same thing as well, but they fit different vehicles so the mounting brackets are different:
Part # AL57575 - Fits various 2001 - 2010 GM pickups
Part # AL86KV - Fits a 2020 - 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty with 4WD
