I have a pair or air lift bags. 5813. I’m looking for the mounting brackets for a 2016 ram 2500. Thanks for you time

I checked with Air Lift and the 5813 that you see on the side of the bag is not the part number. The air bag part number that your 2016 Ram 2500 would use is actually 58437. The correct Air Lift kit you'd need is the part # AL57289 though as the bag you have is most likely not correct size for your truck.
