Lighting Requirements for Trailer that is over 80 inches in Width

Question:
Does a over 80inch boat trailer have to have additional side lights if the back lights are over 80 stop turn side lights? I want to use led lights and run 16 ga stranded wire with ground to each light which lights would u recommend
