It uses 12 red LEDs behind a clear lens to deliver solid tail light output, a bright brake light, and a crisp turn signal—all while drawing just 0.161 amps at 12.8V on stop or turn and only 0.009 amps on tail. No need to worry about leaks or corrosion—the polycarbonate lens and housing are sealed tight, making the light completely waterproof and submersible. Installation is simple and clean. The 6-1/2" long by 2-5/16" tall oval light installs flush into a cutout with a grommet (A70GB – sold separately) and connects using a standard 3-prong PL-3 plug (A45PB or A47PB – sold separately). If you’d rather not cut into your trailer, an optional bracket (BK70BB – sold separately) works too while still using the same grommet. Either way, you get a snug fit with no rattling or loose edges.
Even when the light’s off, it adds visibility thanks to its integrated reflector that boosts reflected light from headlights behind you. That extra shine helps make sure your trailer is seen from more angles—an easy safety win without adding parts or wiring.
The polycarbonate housing resists impact and UV damage, while the lifetime warranty on the LEDs means you can count on long service with no bulb swaps or fading output. DOT compliance ensures you’re meeting standards for brake, tail, and turn functions—all in one tough, streamlined light.

These lights are well made and look great. They are a direct replacement for the older version I have. Tinted them to match the trailer. They were very easy to tint as the light surface is very flat.
Ordered these on Sunday night. Really liked the selection. Received the package on Thursday. Installed and tested out that evening. Lights fit great into grommet and assembly fit in the housing hole snuggly. Lights are brighter than I expected. I am very happy with these. I will add these to other trailers I have.
I found this website by accident and looked over it for a few days and found some other similar websites but none of them were as low in price and as easy to look around at the many diff products they have . I also like that if you buy anything over 150 dollars it's free shipping and I got it all in 4 working days . I'll be shopping this website again for sure
I used the complete line of Miroflex lights on a Custom trailer I built. 6 2" ambers 11 2" reds and 4 of the 6.5" tail lights. all clear lenses and the trailer passes the DOT inspection in the state of CO. great price when your buying as many lights as i did.
The LED brake/tail lights work great, so far. Plug and play.
The gaskets that I also bought fit the lights, but not the holes in the trailer - so measure holes before purchasing.
Replaced the 4 original lights on my Pace Shadow race trailer. Easy installation and proper fit. Have worked very well since install approximately 1 year ago.

Still working well after thousands of miles of use.
What do y'all want a follow up to? If i had a nickel for every item I've ordered off of ETrailer, I wouldn't have to work for a few months... I keep coming back because the prices are fair, shipping is free and fast, and ETrailer has everything I need.
I do wish you sold trailer kits though. Being a welder, I have built a few trailers in my free time and sold them for a small side business. Why isn't there an axle, fender, brakes, springs (shackles and all hardware) tires and wheels kit? It would be nice to not have to go and click and add to cart all the multitude of items I need to build a trailer individually. Just saying...
I ordered a cheaper version of these lights and they lasted two trips down the boat ramp.
I decided to up grade to these higher quality lights for my boat trailer and I have had only great results with no problems. They are water proof and highly visible in the day and night time. Get you a set you will not regret your purchase.

GREAT Ive had no problem with these lights. They have been in the water hundreds of times and are still in great shape.
I love the new taillights. I ordered mine for use with Lamin-X green lens tint film which gave it a green-mirror effect. Lights up bright red! I love the new look!
