  It is difficult to compare the brightness on the different LED oval tail lights. Neither Bargman nor Optronics share lumen ratings for their tail lights. So, when comparing the Bargman 48 Diode Tail Light # 47-06-404 with the Optronics 22 Diode # STL111RB, or the Optronics 10 Diode # STL72RB, you won't notice a huge difference with the naked eye. Here is what I found: Red - # STL111RB (x2) Amber - # STL111AB (x2) White - # BUL111CB (x2) PVC Grommet - # a70gb (x6) Pigtail - # A47PB or # A45PB (x6) These lights all match and measure 6-7/16" wide x 2-5/16" tall x 15/16" deep but the grommet will take up the rest of the space that you measured.   I checked with Optronics and the GLOLight Trailer Tail Light # STL111RB should have the same dimensions as the Peterson 421 light. It is 6-1/2 inches across and approximately 2-1/8 inches tall. Compare the measurements to your existing Peterson lights to confirm. If the Peterson lights do not use a pigtail that plugs into the back of them then you will also need # A47PB.

  Trailer taillights install and wire up just like vehicle taillights. For example if you used the LED taillight part # STL111RB you'd need to use the install harness # A47PB which uses the white wire for ground, the black wire for tail light, and the red wire for stop/turn signal.
