When cold wind gets through the wheel area, your trailer's underbelly stays exposed. These single-axle covers help close that gap and protect your tires from sun and weather, with or without your AirSkirts setup.
Your main AirSkirts tubes can block most of the cold wind moving beneath your RV, but the wheel area can still leave an opening in that barrier. These covers wrap around the single tire on each side to help close off more of that exposed space and reduce cold airflow reaching the underbelly. When the skirting comes down, the covers can still earn their keep by shielding your tires from direct sunlight and outdoor exposure while your RV is parked.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the AirSkirts RV tire cover sets. So folks, we carry these in a set for a single axle, tandem axle, and a triple axle option. And in each one of those sets you will get two covers. So if you have singles, you get two singles, two doubles, two triples, et cetera, right So folks, if you're already using the AirSkirt system to help block that cold air from getting underneath your RV, the wheel area is one spot that can leave a pretty large gap, believe it or not, around that barrier.
So these covers are designed to wrap around those tires and just like the image here on the screen, they're gonna do a great job of covering all that space around those tires. Now the one I have today in front of me, this is one half of the tandem side. So this is for a tandem option. And I'm six foot two, I'm stretching this out and there's still a little bit of space left in that elastic for these to go over and around those wheels, thus keeping them covered, protected from UV rays, but more importantly, keeping that cold air from being able to get in and whisk through from side to side. You can even take this a step further.
You can pair these with the AirSkirts tire wedges. Those wedges fill with air and go between the tires and fill more space and then you can put these on the outside as well. So when your AirSkirt system comes down and it's time to move, you can keep these as regular tire covers, once your RV or camper is parked. Again, the fabric is UV rated, so it's gonna help shield your tires from direct sunlight and outdoor exposure. On the inside, you can kind of see this kind of rubberized material.
This whole thing is a 600 denier polyester fabric with a PVC backing here on the inside. So I said rubber-like. It's PVC. And you're gonna get, again, two covers in each set. You're also gonna get, excuse me, a drawstring bag here included so you can tighten everything up when you put them in the bag, fold it, put that bag with these covers inside in your storage compartment and then everything's packed up whenever it's time to put them away.
So again, folks, we offer these in singles, duals or tandems, depending on what your need is. So whether you're completing those AirSkirts set up or simply protecting your tires while your RV or camper is parked, check out these covers. They're a great option for you. I'm Steven with etrailer. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
