I am wanting to use trailer lights on a car I’m building.How do I wire the lights up do I need to do anything special?

Trailer taillights install and wire up just like vehicle taillights. For example if you used the LED taillight part # STL111RB you'd need to use the install harness # A47PB which uses the white wire for ground, the black wire for tail light, and the red wire for stop/turn signal.
For a grommet you'd then need the part # A70GB.
