Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at this Optronics Conspicuity reflective tape. This alternating red and silver reflector tape is going to make your truck or trailer more visible in low light conditions. This 150 foot long two inch wide roll features seven inches of silver and 11 inches of red in the pattern on this tape. And the technologically advanced micro prismatic design provides superior long distance visibility.
This tape is made of flexible polyester metalized film, and the UV top coating is going to resist fading. And the tape is impact resistant, meaning it's going to maintain its performance even after taking a beating. All the products have been great. They were installed on an older livestock trailer and they just keeping going. The white LED lights we put on the inside work too good. When I first pulled them out I thought they were too small and would do the job. They are so good we rarely use the one up front because the back one does such a great job.

I researched the DOT requirements for my trailer. According to DOT I should have red reflecting markers on the back and the outer most side of the trailer towards the back, also there should be yellow reflecting markers at the outer most front side of the trailer. Basically the reflectors should duplicate what lights are on the trailer. I would assume if a light fails the reflector would add some visibility to the trailer. That being said there was no yellow product available. Therefore I cut the product into red and white and placed the red portion on the back and back sides of the trailer and the white to the front sides. The only issue was separating the backing from the reflector which required a knife and reading glasses. The glue seems to be a once chance application.
I haven't put any on yet, but everything I get from E-trailer has been A-1 and the shipping is always great.
As always the products I received are very good and exactly what was ordered. This is the first time however I didn't get my order promptly. I found out after that product was on back order, they did contact me immediately and asked if I wanted to change my order. I think that it would have been better to label the product on back order before you were able to purchase it. Overall, I always rely on Etrailer.com to get me the material I need. Thanks
Passive reflectors are a great added safety feature.

Since our trailer didn't have the reflective tape on and I'm particular how things should look to my satisfaction. Tape is great and sticks on very well. Made our trailer look good with the lights that I have added on also. Good product and great service.
Very good quality tape. It is pre cut into about 1 foot sections. We put it along the entire bottom edge. It looks great and is very reflective.
My experience with etrailer has been great,I first ordered a wire harness and lights to redo a utility trailer,then i thought why not do led lights,same amount of wk,so i returned the 1st set,no problems ordered the led harness,lights,and extra side marker lights,then i ordered 3 sets of refective tape,I have just finished my trailer,its only a 5x14,but it looks great,it is fire engine red,expanded metal bottom,and tail gate,with bright lights,rear,3 side marker yellow each side,3 reflective tape each side,4 tapes on rear tail gate,i added chrome wheels,it really dressed out to a nice looking trailer,I am proud of how finished,and etrailer was great doing business with multiple times with,it was nice getting a thank you from them each time and being noticed as a return customer,I would recommend anyone to use them,Thanks You Guys
Just what is needed to upgrade the safety of my trailer.
Identical to what I was replacing on my old trailer, heavy foil metal backing, they might last 20 years like my old ones did.
Instant stick and great reflective qualities. Last set lasted 4 years. All smiles here.
Seems to stick great and great reflectivity. I didn't realize it was cut in 12" sections. I had planned to used long pieces for the side of the trailer, but the 12" sections ended up working well, and may have been easier to apply.

Recently bought and refurbished trailer.
Reflective tape went on easily and has held well!
I was able to cut to size to fit between rails on trlr.
I included a pic. at this point the trlr has close to 2,000 miles on it since installed and has been pressure cleaned once and not one loose piece of reflective tape.
They are very well made, reflect great at night, and didn’t blow off going 70 mph on the interstate. What more could you ask
Going to lake and forgot to raise jack on trailer and bent jack at trailer and jack had a 45 degree slant / bend. replaced it with a " etrailer.com jack", more affordable than Walmart and Bass Pro !!!!!! Ordered reflective strips to place on back of boat motor , back of boat and trailer receiver. Etrailer.com prices are SO MUCH MORE lower than any other place I have found and / or shop at. With such a large inventory online, I'll be shopping here more often. AND shipping and service is FAST!!!!
