It is a good bike hitch. It came with bad instructions. I had my dad help me cut some excess material off with an angle grinder. And took us both to put it on my (22 Chevy Blazer 2wd). After having for a year, I have decided to just keep it on the vehicle & dont take it off. Just a month ago, I discovered that you can fold this model bike hitch, closer to the vehicle, so it is not sticking out as far.
I recieved an email from etrailer to leave a review. I gave it 3 stars because I had the time, help, & material to get the hitch working right.
I dont have photos: dark rn & my car is really dirty...
Hitch was made for my vehicle but did not fit properly. I had to enlarge bolt holes in hitch and vehicle frame in order to get all bolts installed. If I wasn't experienced in metal working I would have had to send hitch back.
Used your company prior with never a issue.This time was not a good experience as I have always installed them myself with no help. 2025 Blazer has a closed channel. The access holes for the bolt and washer were too small making it impossible to install them. Had to take to Pep Boys where they had to drill out the access holes and install it for me for almost $200. So saving money rather than going factory in this case did not benefit me. Will not be doing additional business with your company and quite pissappointed.

Fits good. The only problem is the hands free hatch opener hits on the hitch and I had to drill a new hole in the bumper cover to anchor it.
Very easy install with good instructions. Took just over an hour start to finish laying on my back in the driveway. Hitch has held up well one-year later and would definitely recommend to anyone. Will purchase similar products in the future as my needs arrive.
Was not a perfect fit as I had to force the bolts in. Close but not perfect. Also it would have been nice to have been told that the hitch would interfere with the hands-free feature of the rear hatch on the vehicle. After I started the install and realized that the hitch would cover the sensor for the hands-free feature I called to ask about it. That's when I was told that the sensor for that feature would be covered by the hitch. You knew that up front but never mentioned it before the sale. Not real happy about that.
Installed easy and good product.
Easy 30 min. install. Do not have to drop exhaust to install (would make accessing the openings at the ends of the frame rails for bolt install easier but it isn't necessary). Quality hitch. I am very pleased. Highly recommend.

I haven't even opened the box yet. I needed a 2" receiver for our new Blazer. I bought this same thing from you guys a few years back but only for our old rouge. I was so pleased that this time I came here first.

Its holding up like a champ. A little bouncy but this is to be expected Toting our 2up e bikes @ 70lbs each.
It came on time and was a perfect fit for our vehicle!
Hitch installed as described and is quite functional.

Received the trailer hitch a day early.installed it instantly with out instructions(instructions were included)strait forward and had everything needed to make the job easy.install time 1:10min. No modifications needed.went on a 2020 blazer Lt. Very Happy.

This installation was a nightmare! I tried for multiple hours to get this installed, turns out the hitch itself was bent and did not align with the frame correctly (see picture). I had to spend hundreds of dollars ontop of all of the time/effort already input to get the product unbent and installed.

I am so sorry you had to go through all that! Most of the time, when a hitch isnt lining up quite right, it is because the flanges or wings have been bent a little in the shipping and transit process. Bending them back to the proper shape is easier than you might think! I have attached a link to an article that shows a few different ways you can do this if you ever run into this problem again.
