Yes, it does. The etrailer Hitch item # e36YR installs behind your rear bumper and can be completely concealed when you are not using it by the removable cover. This hitch has been confirmed to fit the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and a 750 lbs maximum tongue weight.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56325 for a 4-Way or item # C56326 for a 7-Way and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
