The best hitch for a 2023 Chevy Blazer is the Draw-Tite item # 76023. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Blazer with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 4,500 lbs towing capacity and a 675 lbs maximum tongue weight.

I really like the Draw-Tite Hitch item # 76023 because it installs behind your rear bumper cover and can be completely hidden when you are not towing. I have linked an installation video below so you can see how to get this hitch set up.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56325 for a 4-Way or item # C56326 for a 7-Way and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
