Great. Took 4 hrs to install by myself on my 2020 Hyundai Elantra. It’s very solid. The instructions are decent but you’re better off watching a YouTube video.

Great experience. Use it for pulling a Lowes 5x8 flat bed with my gas powered Yamaha golf cart behind my 2019 Elantra. You folks were great to work with.
The hitch was installed 1 year ago and so far everything is great. I drive Hyuindai Elantra 2018 and it fits this car perfectly. The hitch was installed by [moving company]- they offer such a service. I ordered the hitch (but they normally do this by themselves, it was Covid quarantine and they asked me to do that by myself). They installed it pretty quickly, I just needed to wait about 1-2 hours. The hitch does its job perfectly. I use it to carry 2 Trek bikes on a Thule T2 Pro XT 2 Hitch Bike Rack (1.25"). After using the hitch for one year, I am happy about the quality. Did not have issues, no rust or mold on a surface (and I am living in Florida, the climate here is very humid). Would recommend this product to others.

Great quality. Everything is working with no issues. I would recommend it to others.
Came dirty and dusty. Thrown in a huge box with no packing material. It busted through the box and there's paint chipped off all over it. That's ridiculous. Monkey could have shipped this better.
All in all fairly easy. Pretty straight forward with the instructions, and looks fine.

Please note that this was for a brand new Elantra, as in next year's model. the dealership gave me the deer in the headlights look when I asked for a towing hitch.
The good news is that this hitch bolted right up. no problems++++
I recommend that etrailer suggest the Draw-Tite 3594 Trailer Hitch Drawbar Kit (Class I 1-1/4" ) and Tekonsha 119147[KIT] ModuLite HD Protector Trailer Light Power Module Kit (or equivalent) (also, I am still waiting fir the wiring harness from another vendor so I haven't verified fitment yet)
We put in on our new hyundai elantra for our bike rack. It has worked very well.

The bike rack is great. One of the bikes is now a e bike. Even though heavier it is doing great.
Hitch fits the 2020 Elantra and wiring also fits would recommend this hitch and wiring harness to anyone for a 2020 elantra
You can't go wrong with etrailer or Draw-Tite for your towing needs. Mounts exactly as the instructions suggest without any modifications. I have ordered products for several of my vehicles and I have never had any issues. I will continue to use them in the future.
I bought this hitch for my Hyundai Elantra to carry my electric bike. It has worked great. Fairly easy to instal when following the youtube video.
I thought this would be of a light steel construction it is not it is made very well. I like the fact I don't have to drill any holes in the frame of my Hyundai Elantra SE to install the hitch. I be having my grandson install it for me as I am not able to do it myself right now.
etrailer service is GREAT. They handled a return and replacement graciously and quite helpfully even though I made the mistake when I placed the original order.
The videos are wonderful and the designs are easy to install.
It fit perfectly, super easy install, and the wiring kit was excellent. Only negative thing was that the stock 10mm bolts did not go back in because they are now too short. I had to get new ones.
Just had it installed today, required removing of rear bumper, sure glad I didn’t try it myself! Can’t wait to start using the hitch for my bikes!
Great fit for 2018 Elantra, parts of the lower bumper (black plastic ) has to be cut out about 5"x6" for it to fit around the tongue (frame receiver) and the frame fits within and out of sight. Great product
As described. Etrailers videos make for an easy install
Fits great on my 2019 Kia Rio hatchback. I had my mechanic friend install it though so I can't speak to how easy it was to install.

Finally got the hitch to work... I was able to bolt the hitch to the frame pretty much like the directions, however my frame lacked hole where the tailpiece attaches so I had to improvise...
Very pleased and having the install video on the website helped alot. It wasnt very hard to install without jacks.
Instructions were not specific to my vehicle. Installation was time consuming because of it.
Hitch is of good quality. Powder-coat chipped in shipping.

Since this hitch receiver fits different vehicles, the Kia Rio specific installation is found on page 6 & 7 of the instructions. Customer Service will reach out to you about the chipped paint.
