With a 3,500-lb maximum gross trailer weight and 350-lb tongue weight, this Curt hitch opens the door to light towing and everyday hauling. When used with weight distribution, those numbers jump to 5,000 lbs GTW and 500 lbs TW. It’s perfect for small trailers, cargo carriers, or a bike rack for weekend rides. The 2" x 2" receiver is the standard size for most accessories, so your existing gear will fit right in.
This hitch is made from sturdy steel with precision, robotic welds that maximize strength and ensure consistent alignment. The gloss black powder coat finish sits over a protective base coat to fight rust and corrosion, keeping the hitch looking sharp through weather and road grime. The round-tube design gives it a clean, finished look under the bumper without being too bulky.
No welding or drilling needed—this hitch bolts right onto the frame using the included hardware kit and clear step-by-step instructions. The custom fit lines up with existing mounting points for an easier DIY install in the driveway or garage. Once it’s on, you’re ready to hook up your ball mount, pin, and clip (sold separately) and get to work or play.

that hitch has paid for itself not having to pay delivery fees on rental equipment . I even helped my neighbor install one on his gmc from etrailer.
