How Difficult is Trailer Hitch and T-One Wiring Harness Install on a 2007 Dodge Nitro

I want to purchase the Curt 13334 hitch for my 07 dodge nirto and would like to know if the bumper needs to be cut out to make this hitch fit also how much trouble is it to install the 118554 wire harness. please respond asap want to order thanks

According to the instructions, the bumper cover or rear fascia does not need to be cut or trimmed and there is no drilling required. I have added a link to the instructions for the hitch below. The 4-Way trailer harness for your 2007 Dodge Nitro, part # 118554, is not difficult to install. In a nutshell, all you will need to do is temporarily remove the tail lights, connect the harness to the tail light connectors and put the tail light lights back in place. Again, I have added a link to the instructions below for the trailer harness that will walk you through the procedure.
Anyone with basic tools and basic mechanical skill set should be able to install both of these items.
