According to the linked installation instructions the bolts are M12-1.75 x 45mm, although these do come with the
Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13334.
If you are looking for new hardware for this hitch - which is a confirmed fit for your 2008 Dodge Nitro - you will need the part # RHK.
To get that hardware (if needed) all you need to do is click # RHK, enter "13334" in the "Hitch Item Number" box and select "Curt" from the drop-down menu.
