  • Trailer Fender Installation Clearance and Mounting Project
Thanks for the photo. Honestly 5 inches of clearance from the fender to the top of the tire is fine if that is what you desire. We normally recommend 4 inches to allow for the suspension travel whether with leaf springs or torsion axles to allow enough space so you won't have contact between your fender and the tire. Based on your photo it appears there is a bend in the fender, so I'd personally drop the fender down a little more which would relieve that binding. I'd adjust it to...

  • Availability Of Black Plastic Universal Trailer Fender
We may have a few potential options for your, but I'm afraid we don't carry anything exactly like the fender you referenced. That fender looks very inexpensive, and we do not carry anything quite that cheap. We do have a few basic black plastic fenders that will fit the 12" or 13" wheels. I have listed a few below if you want to take a look. • Trailer Fenders in Black For 145R12 Tires & Mounting Brackets
For a single axle trailer fender in black that will work with 145R12 tires and wheels you need the Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008559. You will also use the Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender # CE26061G-2.

  • What is the Radius of CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender CE17701G
If by radius you mean the length of a line segment from the center of a sphere to its perimeter then it is 11-3/4 inches given that the overall length of the fender # CE17701G is 23-1/2 inches. Because the fender is not a true half circle, this does not represent the actual dimension of the radius. Because two of these fenders placed together would not make a complete a circle, the actual radius would be unobtainable and would most likely be slightly less than 11-3/4 inches. Fulton...

  • Black Plastic Fender Recommendation for a Harbor Freight Trailer
You have 12 inch rims, but extra 3/4 of an inch you measured is for the lip of the tire that does not count towards the overall diameter. The black fenders part # F008559 should work well for you, but to utilize your current mounting setup you would need to trim these fenders near the underside so that you could attach them to your mounting brackets. You would also need to drill through the top of the fenders too.

  • Replacement Fender for Yacht Club Jet Ski Trailer Measuring 20.5 Inches Between Mounting Holes
I have a solution for you but # F008559 is not what you need because the mounting holes for this fender are on top not on the side like what you need and it's a slightly different style as well. For the exact same style of fender you want the Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top Step - Style C - Black Plastic - 8" to 12" Wheels, part # F008551. This fender measures 21.5 end to end. I went out to measure it for you and found the pre-drilled mounting holes to be exactly 20.5 inches apart...

  • Replacement Fenders for 1997 ShoreLand'r Boat Trailer
I did a bit of research and the information that I found shows the 1997 Shoreland'r OMC-V1928A / OMC-GV1928A having a 10" black poly fender. When it comes to a replacement fender of this size, I recommend either the Style B Single Axle Trailer Fender w/ Top Step, # F008559, or the Style C Single Axle Trailer Fender w/ Top Step, # F008551. Both fenders feature a step and have a 300 lb capacity. I do recommend taking a couple measurements just to verify the size of your current fender. I...

  • Replacement Fender for Thule Utility Trailer
The Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008559 referenced in your question is designed for use with 8 to 12 inch diameter wheels. If this is what you have, then the Fulton Fender should work as a replacement, however you may need to fabricate your existing mounting brackets a bit to account for the slightly different size and mounting holes. The fender measures 7.35 inches wide, 22.3 inches long, and 6.5 inches tall. I have attached an image with additional dimensions for this fender that...

For your retrofitted kayak trailer I recommend the Single Axle Trailer Fender - 16 Gauge Steel - 13" to 14" Wheels - Qty 1 # HP89VR which have a span of 28 inches. This fender is designed for larger tires and has a 28 inch overall span, so when mounting to your brackets it will fit on the inside of your brackets. • Recommendation For Painting Plastic Trailer Fenders
The Single Axle Trailer Fender w Top Step - Style B - Black Plastic - 8" to 12" Wheels - Qty 1 # F008559 can be painted, but there is some work to do with painting plastic as you stated. To paint it so it won't peel, you will need to wet sand it to scratch up the finish so it can hold paint. Usually you can do this with 1000 grit sand paper making sure you get every inch of the fender. Then use a primer and then paint in a couple coats. I like Rustoleum outdoor spray paint which you...

  • Is Mounting Hardware Included with the Fulton Black Trailer Fender # F008559
The Fulton Plastic Fender, # F008559, does not include mounting hardware. Because trailers are so different and mounting methods are different, the specific hardware needed is on a individual basis.

  • Can CE Smith Fender Bracket # CE26065PGA Be Used with Fulton Trailer Fender
Yes, the install brackets part # CE26065PGA can be used with the Fulton fender part # F008559 that you referenced. The great thing about these brackets is how universal they are. And that will easily work with the Fulton fender you have. If you flip the brackets to get more height you'd have to notch the fender most likely so that the bracket clears the fender like it should.
