We do offer 45-inch long trailer fenders like # F008585, they are designed for larger wheel sizes of 13-15 inches, but they are 10-1/4 inches wide. This is the closest fender we currently offer to what you are looking for.
I included links to all the 45-inch long fenders and all the 10-inch fender tire sizes we currently offer.
