Question:

Hi I have an Aventa tow bar that i want to use to tow my 2016 jeep wrangler behind a motor home. I’d like to know if the off-road bumper adapters will work with my towbar? Also, is there a minimum or maximum width the D rings need to be apart on the jeep bumper? Thanks

Hello Rob, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Blue Ox Off-Road Bumper Adapters will indeed work with your Aventa tow bar. You will just need to select the correct adapter based on your D-ring opening size. Here are the options:

Ok cool. How about the width. Mine are at 24”. I wondered how far apart or close together the bars would go.

@RobP That should be fine. To be honest I do not have this exact spec listed for the Aventa tow bar since it has been discontinued and we never actually carried it here. If you reach out to Blue Ox they should be able to tell you that specification for the Aventa. The newer Blue Ox Tow bars like the Acclaim # BX4330 work with a spacing between 23" and 30" so I feel like 24" should be just fine.
