Does the blue ox adapters that hook to the 7/8 inch holes on the front of my Jeep bumper fit on the Curt towbar?

Hey Kent, no the Blue Ox 7/8 inch D-ring adapter part # BX88357 that you referenced will not fit on a Curt tow bar as they are configured opposite where the arms connect to the attachment tabs of the tow bar. Do you have a tow bar already?
If you not you'd need one like the Avail part # BX7420.
