Specs:
This aluminum wheel comes with steel inserts in the lug nut wells. The inserts are pressed into the aluminum, and they help prevent the holes from wearing down over time. This ensures that the wheel stays secured to your trailer hub and that you won't have to constantly retorque the lug nuts.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this aluminum Liger trailer wheel. Now this aluminum wheel with the Liger Series five-spoke design in Glossy Black is durable, lightweight, and rust-proof. And as I hope you could probably see, this also has a machined silver outline here, as you can see. But then we've got that Glossy Black on the inside, so it's a really great looking wheel.
The automotive grade clear coat on the front is going to protect against scuffs and scratches, and this aluminum wheel does come with steel inserts in the lug nut wells, and the inserts are pressed into the aluminum, and they're gonna help the holes, prevent the holes, rather, from wearing down over time. This is going to ensure that the wheel stay secured on your trailer hub, and you're not gonna have to worry about constantly re-tightening or re-torquing the lug nuts. As you might have already seen here, the valve stem is included with this. This wheel does meet the Department of Standards and SAE J1204 standards, and the dimensions of our wheel measuring bead seat to bead seat on the diameter, by the way, in case you don't know, the bead seat is where the tire actually meets the wheel, so that diameter is 14 inches, and then the width, again, bead seat to bead seat, is five inches. Our bolt pattern is five on four and a half inches.
And in case you don't know, the first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes, and then the second number is the diameter in inches of the circle on which the bolt holes sit. So to determine the bolt circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, as we have here, you simply measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. The wheel stud size is a half an inch by 20. The capacity of this wheel is 2200 pounds. The center cap is sold separately, but if you decide to pick one up, you just wanna make sure that it fits the pilot diameter of 3.19 inches.
Well, I think that's going to wrap up our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
