Hello Richard. I am sorry to inform you that we do not offer the aluminum Liger wheel in a 13". We do offer the Liger wheel, but a 14" like part # LH22FR is the smallest we have.
We do have the Castle Rock ST185/80R13 tire you mentioned, part # LHCK105. If you need it with an aluminum wheel, we do have the Aluminum AM03 Series Gunmetal Gray Machined Trailer Wheel # AM73NR which is a 13" wheel and is somewhat similar to the Liger wheel.
